About Tia

I am kind, caring, & creative. I enjoy working with children because I understand both the challenges kids face and the pressures parents can and I enjoy helping create a positive, low-stress environment for families. looking to support other families while helping provide for my own. I worked in childcare at a young age through a family friends daycare and later worked professionally in daycare settings as a teenager and adult. While I've since moved into other full-time work, I still regularly help care for friends and family, I love keeping children engaged with fun indoor and outdoor activities. My strengths include working with picky eaters, keeping kids entertained and occupied, and adapting to different needs and personalities. I am parent to an older only child, so if desired, I'm happy to provide opportunities for social play. I can provide care in my home, your home, or outside the home, I may also be available for evening or overnight care with advance arrangement.
