Hi, I'm Tia! I've always had a big heart for helping kids grow into their best, most independent selves while making sure their days are full of fun and creativity. I have experience working with diverse families and love creating inclusive environments where every child feels seen and celebrated. Imaginative play, crafts, and storytelling are some of my favorite ways to connect with kiddos while encouraging them to explore, learn, and build confidence. At the same time, I believe in balancing all that fun with a bit of structure to help create a sense of stability and routine. Diversity and excellence are at the heart of everything I do, and I enjoy learning and teaching with kids in ways that are fun, approachable, and meaningful.
