My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to caregiving. As a Certified End of Life Specialist and Certified Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness and Grief Support Coach, I offer compassionate emotional support. I bring peaceful, empathetic care to each person I visit, always ensuring a safe and respectful environment. I have professional training and experience providing hospice and respite care, running errands, light housekeeping, and preparing meals. I am patient, friendly, and adapt to changing routines while de-escalating stressful situations. I also incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is very important to me.
