Hello families :) I am looking for a part time - short term or long term position starting in December. I'm an experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing and educating children. I am comfortable working with kids who need extra care with food allergies, as my child has needed extra care with this. My decade of experience has helped me with the skills to provide a safe, fun and nurturing environment for children. I'm comfortable supporting household rules and following a structured routine. I am an outgoing person who enjoys taking little ones to local farms, story time, libraries, the playground, pool or museum.

My wife and I cannot recommend Tanny enough. We hired Tanny as a weekday, in-home nanny for our seven-month-old daughter. Tanny is warm and patient, and took the time to really engage with our daughter. She read her books, cooked her meals, encouraged her to try new foods, and went with her on daily trips around town. She was also excellent at getting her to nap — no easy task. Our daughter really took to Tanny, and we would have liked to keep her indefinitely, but shifting work schedules forced us to seek alternative childcare. Still, we hope Tanny agrees to babysit every once in awhile. She really is the best.
