Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past five years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate and reliable care to seniors, young children, babies and their families. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I'm skilled in personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medical management. I also have experience supporting individuals with dementia, including de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and history. My approach is patient, calm, and detail-oriented, and I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I also hold CPR Training and have reliable transportation. I pursued graduate studies to deepen my understanding of care practices.
