Hi, My name is Therese. I have been a resident and homeowner of Rancho Santa Margarita for the past 29 years. I am a loving, patient single mother of 3 amazing children, ages 20, 24, & 26. I was a stay-at-home mom for 16 years. I loved the role of nurturing and caring for my children daily. My two older children have graduated from 4-year colleges and my youngest is away at college. In addition, our family has an amazing sweet-loving 9-year-old Lab. His sweet and loving demeanor brings so joy to our loving, bonded, and spiritual family. I have a degree in Business from Loyola Marymount University and have many years of professional experience in technology and medical sales. I have an outstanding credit (876), an impeccable driving record (no tickets or accidents), no arrests or felonies, a solid work history, and am extremely reliable and attentive.
