About Therese

With over 20 years of experience in caregiving and skilled nursing, I bring passion and experience to providing compassionate and skilled care, particularly in geriatric memory care and special needs adults. My background includes working as a caregiver, med nurse, case manager, as well as serving as a therapy aide in occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. In addition to hands-on care, I have extensive experience in medication organization, care plan creation and management, and assisting clients with shopping, companion care activities, and outings. As a former instructor for CNA programs at Skagit Valley College and Careage of Whidbey in Washington state, I have also trained aspiring caregivers in best practices and patient-centered care.
