About Theresa

Hi! I'm someone who genuinely loves working with kids and has real, hands-on experience with all ages-from 3 months to 17 years old. I worked per diem at a daycare for about a year, caring for infants as young as 4 months and toddlers ages 2-4. I also worked as a Teen Scene Coordinator, where I built close relationships with teens, supported them academically, and helped plan trips and activities that actually kept them engaged. On top of that, I worked in an afterschool program, helping kids unwind after school while still keeping things structured and safe. I'm patient, attentive, and very big on understanding what each child needs-whether that's comfort, structure, encouragement, or just someone who really listens. I take responsibility seriously, but I'm also fun, warm, and easy to trust. Kids feel comfortable with me, and parents can feel confident leaving their children in my care.
