Hello parents and guardians! I'm a local SLO mama with 2 children ages 3 and 8. I have some daytime availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays would love to use that time to offer childcare for any family who needs it, ideally on a recurring basis. Prior to living in California, I worked as a breastfeeding counselor for WIC in central New York, and also spent time as a school aide helping with the preschool and kindergarten classes in an elementary school. I've recently become trained and certificated as a postpartum doula because of my passion for helping women heal and adjust to all the changes that come with motherhood and caring for a new baby. Although I especially love working with newborns and infants, I really do enjoy and interacting and playing with kids of all ages. If you have any specific needs outside of Tuesdays and Thursdays, please message me and we can discuss scheduling.
