Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past 27 years, I've dedicated myself to supporting adults and seniors, fostering their well-being and independence. My previous roles have only strengthened my passion for this work. With some college education, I'm equipped to handle a variety of care needs. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion or agitation. I can provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping. I prioritize respecting the independence of those I care for. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm known for my patient, compassionate, and friendly nature.
