Hi There! My name is Theresa, and I bring over 12 years of hands on experience working with children, teenagers, and young adults with special needs. Throughout my career, I've worked in a variety of roles including respite specialist, community habilitation worker, group recreational program supervisor, paraprofessional and most recently, ABA therapist. In recent years, I've focused on teaching and supporting clients with ADLs, IADLs, life skills, and safety awareness. As a paraprofessional, I collaborated closely with teachers and school staff to ensure each student received the individualized guidance and support they needed to thrive. I take pride in being adaptable, patient, and collaborative, and I believe my diverse experience allows me to step into many roles to effectively support both students and their families.
