About Theresa

My name is Theresa and I have 10+ years of experience working with children in both educational and community based settings. I've held roles as a community rep, group recreational program supervisor, paraprofessional and most recently an ABA therapist. A main focus of my work has been supporting students in meeting their educational and developmental goals. As a paraprofessional, I worked closely with teachers and support teams to implement individualized education plans, reinforce classroom instruction and provide the targeted guidance students needed to succeed academically. In my role as an ABA therapist I further developed skills in teaching ADLs, life skills, safety and goal oriented behavior support all while adjusting strategies to meet each learner's needs. I pride myself on helping students make meaningful progress toward their educational goals. With background I'm adaptable to many roles and committed to supporting both students and families in achieving longterm success.
