Hello everyone, my name is Theresa. I recently left a job working with 6 guys in their late 20's and early 30's all who had their own diagnosis and treatments. They were all different and I got to grow close to each individual. I miss them all dearly however it was time to move on. My heart really goes out to any level of spectrum or any shall I say disorder, however I do not like to use that word as each individual is unique and in many ways brilliant beyond understanding. I am amazed by what I have learned from working with what one calls a behavior house about triggers, behaviors and how to react or not react during some challenging times. I am very interested in the science of it all and it is my main concern to help develop friendships, trust, nurture and help individuals in whatever ways they need to feel good about them selves, included and that they matter!
