About Theresa

I am a mother of four grown sons. While I was raising my children I also ran a full-time state-certified daycare business in my home for 11 years. The age range of the children in my care was infants through 12 years of age. Along with the responsibility of the children's daily care, I made sure that they were provided with a well-balanced healthy diet. There were also structured activities throughout the day to nurture each child where they were in their educational development. In addition to the daily routine, we also did many extracurricular activities. For example swimming lessons, museums, pumpkin patches, weekly visits to the library, and regular visits to the park. Recently, I have been helping my son and daughter-in-law with their infant and another family with their toddler. Both of these were done in their home. I was also helping with housekeeping. I have 23 years of professional care experience as a Michigan-certified nursing assistant.
