My name is Theresa and I am a warm, energetic, and nurturing caregiver with a genuine love for children. I am the proud mother of three adult children and a grandmother to an amazing 6-year-old grandson, so caring for kids has been a lifelong part of who I am. I love working with children because I truly enjoy watching them learn and grow, helping them feel safe and confident, and sharing in their curiosity, creativity, and joy. Whether it's encouraging milestones, listening to their thoughts, or being a steady, reassuring presence, I find working with children incredibly rewarding. I'm also a professional social worker, which has strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to support children's emotional well-being.
