Theresa did well for three shifts and then did not show up due to car problems. She wasn't sure when the problems would be resolved or what was wrong with the vehicle. She was vague and didn't give us a future date to return to work. We'd have appreciated her being direct and giving us notice that the job was not a good fit for her.
