About Theresa

I am a mom of six children and a grandmother of 12. Lol. I foster parented for 13 years and adopted two of my kids. My step-daughter and grandson live with me, although, I divorced her father six years ago. I have three biological children. All my children are adults except my youngest who is 13. I am an active community volunteer. However, I am looking for a way to subsidize my income. Working with children comes naturally to me. I am the Mimi who gets on the trampoline, does the spider crawl on the swings, and plays tickle monster. I also like to educate as I "play". My background training enables me to de-escalate negative behaviors. I have been trained in the past in CPR, Safety Crisis Management Intervention Training, and more. My certification in CPR is not current. However, I will be getting it renewed in the near future.
