Theresa was very friendly and positive person. Even if my son was still little and was feeling attached only to his parents, she was able to get to him and even go up and beyond. He was happy around her. She comes on time and always respond. She even did one unexpected 12 hour long shift, she covered that and took care of my child with smile on her face.
