About Theresa

As a Certified End-of-Life Doula, my calling to this work has been shaped through both personal and professional experiences supporting loved ones, friends, and members of my community through death, dying, caregiving, and grief journeys. My background includes experience in recruiting, business administration, entrepreneurship, ministry, youth mentorship, and music. Over the years, I have organically supported individuals and families through profound loss experiences, including grief support, companionship during active dying, memorial planning support, and legacy-centered care. Most recently, supporting my grandmother through the final chapter of her life further confirmed my calling to end-of-life care.
