About Theresa

My name is Theresa and I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach that has a passion for being a mother's aide/helper. I have a special offer for those that may be looking for childcare and a kickstart to their health journey. I grew up in a large family with 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Naturally, family is super important to me. I have babysat, was a nanny, and a caregiver for an adult professionally for years. I moved on to work in a Bootcamp gym gaining more experience with form correction and personal training. I decided to combine my passions and do what I love most. I am looking to work part time and will extend my personal training and nutrition services to you. This includes nutrition guidance, personal training sessions, and/or a custom program for you to follow. I am certified as a Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer through NASM and have my First Aid/AED/CPR certifications as well. I personal train out of a private gym.
