About Theresa

There are not enough words to describe the love, care, and dedication that Theresa has shown toward my mother and our family. She is worth her weight in gold. There hasn't been a single instance where she hasn't gone above and beyond the call of duty, and our family is blessed to have had her as our mother's caregiver. Theresa has been with us for a year and in that time she has become a part of our family. She has demonstrated not only the essential soft skills necessary to be an effective caregiver, but also the drive, commitment , and expertise to provide excellent service. Theresa has always listened to our mother and has been extraordinarily patient and kind - even through difficult situations such as my mother's frequent medical visits and hospitalizations. She was there when I couldn't be, due to my residing overseas, so when I needed a trustworthy person to represent our family, Theresa stepped up. She has always responsibly communicated information from medical professionals to my brother and I when we couldn't be there, and navigated situations that required an onsite advocate with sensitivity and diplomacy. The care Theresa provides has been tailored to my mother's specific needs and expectations: she has bathed, changed, and fed our mother, assisted with physical therapy, and to this today provides top-tier companionship and advocacy for my mother since she has moved into along-term care facility. I trust Theresa completely and am forever grateful that she has come into our lives. Anyone who hires Theresa as a caregiver can be confident and relieved that they have found someone who is a reliable, professional, trustworthy and very loving. I am grateful for all the love, support, and peace of mind Theresa has provided us as we've navigated the landscape of caring for our 97-year-old mother.
