Theresa was the first nanny we had for our then 5 week old baby. And boy, did we get lucky having her as our nanny. Theresa was on top of feeds, naps and changing. She engaged my daughter in age appropriate play, sang and talked to her during her wake windows. Theresa is a natural at what she does.
