Theo was super flexible and understanding with our unique situation of both parents working from home and being actively involved in our (at the time) 6 month old's care (breastfeeding between meetings, playing with her throughout the day, putting her to sleep ourselves etc). She was the bonus grandma that we were looking for and our daughter bonded with her easily. And she's hilarious to boot! Totally recommend!
