About Theola

For three years, I worked as a childcare teacher, supporting both young children and infants with patience, care, and compassion. During this time, I gained hands-on experience in feeding, diapering, monitoring developmental milestones, and creating safe, nurturing environments. I learned how to comfort babies, manage routines, and communicate effectively with parents about their child's needs. I also supported older toddlers by guiding their learning, encouraging positive behavior, and helping them develop emotional and social skills. My experience taught me responsibility, teamwork, and how to remain calm under pressure, all of which strengthened my commitment to helping others.
