My name is Thelma I am a CNA/HHA Seeking Full Time Employment of senior care I have over 30 years of experience in caring for Alzheimer, Dementia, diabetic, COPD, Congestive heart failure, stroke, MS, Parkinson's, depression. anxiety, etc. I absolutely love this field and I cannot imagine myself doing anything else, I am highly skilled in providing a variety of patient care including bathing, dressing, transferring and assisting with medication, rehabilitative exercises, feeding, preparing meals etc. I have excellent references. and I am certain that I can provide wonderful care to your love one.

Thelma has been taking care of our special needs brother for 3 years. She is so great with him: she is more than we could have ever asked for.  We are truly blessed to have her in our lives. We trust Thelma with him more than anyone else. She’s not a caregiver she is FAMILY. 

The first day Thelma came and introduced herself, we knew no need to look for anyone else. Thelma is trustworthy, caring and dedicated to working with the elderly.  Always communicated what was needed for our mom.  Thelma became our mom’s best friend. When mom moved into a long-term care facility, Thelma was there and hands-on.  Never once did we worry.  Our mom (93) passed in March 2025. We still keep in touch. Thelma is and will always be family.

Phenomenal! Thelma puts the “care” in caregiver. For the last couple of years she took care of both of my parents with such love, compassion and expertise. They both passed this year (in their 90s) and I can say with certainty that they absolutely loved her…and so does the rest of our family. Thelma went above and beyond to anticipate their needs. She treated them like her own parents. You will not regret hiring her. Her kindness and enthusiasm shine through.

Thelma took care of my elderly father and we are so thankful for her compassionate care. She is joyful and enthusiastic-- always positive in her thinking. She is also very respectful of my dad, our family and the rest of the caregiving team. She fit into our team with excellent flexibility.

I am writing this letter in support of Thelma, a home health aide of whom I cannot speak highly enough. 
Thelma worked for my father and mother for many years, and to say that she was indispensable would be an understatement. She was, quite frankly, their life saver. I can honestly say that if it were not for the exceptional care provided by Thelma, my parents would have likely passed away long before they actually died. 
Thelma's attention to their health and living needs was exceptional. Whether it was the assistance with dressing, bathing, or making their restrictive meals or coordinating and accompanying them to doctor's offices, her care was simply excellent. 
As my brothers and I lived in New England, 1500 miles away from my parents, so it was extremely important that they were under the care of someone that we could trust and count on for everything regarding my parent s needs. In this, Thelma was simply exceptional in every way.  
In 2013, my father passed away suddenly, and I will never forget the image of Thelma, at their kitchen table, simply devastated with grief. As the tears poured down her cheeks, I realized that she cared for him as much as he for her. It was not the reaction of simply an aide, but rather someone who felt like they had lost a family member also. 
You should also know that when I spoke with my mother s doctors (before moving her to a nursing home here in New Hampshire), that both of them mentioned that Thelma was the single best aide that they had ever worked with, and that her level of care was rare and special. 
In short, I cannot provide a more enthusiastic reference for Thelma. I can only presume that her next client will enjoy a level of care and health assistance that will be second to none, and which will no doubt extend the life of whoever is fortunate enough to engage her.
