About Thea

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, helpful and insightful I like tutoring because I love helping students understand things in a way that works for them instead of the normal way that is taught. I think that learning is not a one size fits all and each student thinks differently but is more than capable of learning the material I'm looking for a job that I can build a connection with and that genuinely helps a student enjoy what they are learning. I started tutoring when in Highschool about 3 years ago as a peer tutor! In my spare time, I like to cross stitch, hike, do my own nails, hangout with friends and family! I graduated high school with my Associate's degree and am currently two semesters away from earning my Bachelor's degree in Health Administration. I'm patient, supportive, and enjoy helping students understand new concepts and build confidence in their learning.
