Hi! I'm Thays, a certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) through Newborn Care Solutions and CACHE-accredited, with years of hands-on experience supporting families with newborns and infants. My background combines professional training and deep personal passion, my mother is a neonatal nurse, and from her I learned the gentle art of caring for babies, including premature newborns. I'm known for bringing calm, structure, and confidence to new parents while staying attentive to every little change in their baby's development. I support families with sleep shaping, feeding routines, developmental milestones, and overnight care, always with empathy, patience, and discretion.
