About Thay

We’ve had the pleasure of having Thaynara as our au pair for the past two years, caring for our two children (now ages 8 and 6), and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Thaynara is a loving, sweet, and nurturing caregiver—our kids absolutely adore her. She has a natural ability to connect with children, and her calm, patient demeanor creates a warm and positive environment in our home. She’s also extremely proactive and organized. She consistently made sure the kids' school lunches and snacks were ready, kept up with their laundry (and ensured it was always put away neatly), and stayed on top of their very busy schedules. With two kids attending school with varying schedules and a full roster of extracurriculars—including soccer, softball, baseball, swimming, jiu jitsu, chess club, and playdates—Thaynara managed everything with grace and efficiency. Her help coordinating all these moving parts was invaluable to our family. Beyond that, she’s responsible, respectful, and dependable. On the rare occasion that we needed help outside of the usual routine, she was always flexible and ready to support us however she could. It’s hard to say goodbye to someone who has become such an important part of our children's lives and our family. We are so grateful for the time we had with Thaynara and highly recommend her to any family looking for a kind, reliable, and capable caregiver.
