About Thalya

Hi! I'm Thalya, a second-year law student at Gonzaga with a warm heart for kids and a love for helping them grow and learn. I have lots of hands-on experience from caring for my 9 nieces and nephews (the youngest is just under 2!), so I'm very comfortable working with little ones and making them feel safe and happy. I'm most at ease babysitting 1-3 kids under the age of 12, making sure they feel comfortable, engaged, and loved while you're away. I also volunteer in a first-grade classroom, where I help kids with reading and writing, so I'm familiar with creating fun and supportive learning moments. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind while you're out, ensuring that your child has a safe, predictable, and enjoyable time. I always follow house rules and routines so your child feels right at home. When I'm not studying, you can usually find me cooking something yummy or going on walks with my pup.
