Thalita has provided wonderful care to our now 3 year old for the past year. She has several years of experience caring for children and this was apparent right away. She is patient, energetic, engaged, and self-motivated. She takes initiative to plan age appropriate craft and music activities throughout the week and keeps our daughter in a routine. She has been flexible and adaptable as our daughter has grown and our family needs have changed throughout her time with us. Her communication is timely and professional. She is open to extra hours during the week and on weekends which has been invaluable to us during a recent move and transition with baby # 2. Our daughter absolutely loves her and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to another family.
