About Thalita

Thalita has worked with us as full time, then part time nanny for our son for the past +2 years. She has been taking care of him since he was two and we consider her part of our extended family. Thalia is incredibly responsible and creative. She takes him to fun activities like driving to playgrounds, waterparks and playdates. Since he's grown she started with us and is now in Pre-K., so she picks him up from school and takes great care of him afterschool. Thalita has been very flexible to adjust to our family's changing needs and has been thoughtful to lend a hand in other areas. She creates a very loving, structured environment for our son and has a great communication style with us. She lets us know when they're travelling to an activity and writes great notes about how the day went. She's always been willing to help with our son's development like potty training, learning based arts and crafts and lots of age level reading. Thalita is looking for full time employment and we will hate to see her move on to work with another family, but we understand that what she's looking for now is not something we're able to provide. My wife and I would strongly recommend any parent of toddlers or preschoolers consider hiring Thalita - she is a best in class nanny.
