Thais was amazing! Super lovely demeanor - our 7 month old daughter instantly felt comfortable with her. She was very prompt, thorough, and engaging. We could tell she was experienced and understood baby schedules and routines. Lastly, she was so good at keeping us informed with photos and status updates.
