Thais has been wonderful with our daughter—warm, patient, professional, and very engaging. Even though our daughter is not always very confident expressing herself in English, she did a great job navigating the language difference and quickly built a strong connection through play, reading, and creative activities. She naturally got down to our child’s level, made pretend play fun and interactive, and helped our daughter feel comfortable with her right away. She is attentive, communicates well, thoughtful about respecting family routines and boundaries, and always helps keep the kid's room clean and tidy. We’ve been very happy working with her and would gladly recommend her to other families.
