I had a wonderful experience working with Thaisa. Her main responsibilities were playing with my baby boy, preparing simple lunches and snacks, changing diapers, and light housekeeping. On the very first day, I explained our household rules once, and she understood and followed them perfectly. When she played with my baby boy, I was working in the next room and could see how well she managed the interactions and followed the daily routine. She has kept my baby boy calm, happy, and engaged. I had tried six or seven other nannies before, and choosing her was absolutely the right decision. Now that my baby boy has started family daycare, we don’t need daily help anymore, but I will definitely reach out to Thaisa again whenever we need support. Hope she can bring her energy and kindness to more families:)
