I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with experience in memory care, so I'm adept at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I believe in respecting independence and providing compassionate care. I'm patient, friendly, and communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm also skilled in meal preparation and hold current CPR Training. My goal is to be a reliable and supportive presence for your family, offering peace of mind and genuine care.
