Through my clinicals I monitored vital signs, administered medications as prescribed, and maintained accurate care records. I offered emotional support and companionship, fostering a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. I also coordinated with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure individualized care plans were followed. My approach emphasizes patience, empathy, and dignity, ensuring each client receives quality care tailored to their unique needs.
