About Teya

I'm a college student at Willamette University who is looking to have fun with your kids! Whether it be birdwatching, hiking, a fun movie night, or helping your kid with homework, I'll do it all! I like working with kids because they are so funny and I love learning about what makes them unique and sharing my interests as well! It's always an adventure! I started working with kids when I was in my preteens as a babysitter. I continued on to train in activity leading and being a counselor in training for three summers. I then became a camp counselor for the Denver Zoo where I worked with kids ages 4-7! In my spare time, I like to go bird watching, do crafts, and cuddle with my cat and snake! One thing you should know about me is that I love birds and teaching kids about nature! Your kids will be telling you all about birds after I spend time with them! My skills include first aid/CPR, activity creation, and conflict resolution!
