I find immense satisfaction in fostering their growth and providing reliable support to families. I'm patient, creative, and always approachable. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I can comfortably care for up to two children at a time. Communication is key. I provide verbal updates at pickup and can tailor communication to your preferred method, whether it's text or a phone call. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I am comfortable with pets and have my own car. I speak both English and Russian.
