About Tess

For the past six years, I've been dedicated to enriching the lives of children and supporting their families. My experience co-running a nonprofit focused on trauma-informed care and social-emotional learning has equipped me with valuable skills in nurturing young minds. I find joy in creating engaging experiences for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, through outdoor play, board games, and educational activities. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing verbal updates at pickup and regular check-ins via text or phone. Enforcing household rules is something I'm very comfortable with. I am First Aid and CPR certified, and I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and swimming supervision. My goal is to provide a safe, stimulating, and loving environment where your children can thrive.
