About Tessia

Hello! My name is Tess and I live in Bedford, NY I started working with kids when I was 14 and babysitting for my parents friends/neighbors with kids ranging in age from 3-13. I love kids and cannot wait for the day to have my own! In my spare time, I like to play with my pets, draw/sketch for fun, go on hikes, ride my horses, and spend time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I worked with a therapeutic riding volunteer organization which taught me skills like patience, communication, and listening. Working with younger kids, especially on the spectrum or disabled, I learned so many valuable skills as to why the way you act around a child influences them in a negative or positive way. Although I am not CPR certified, I know how to complete it and am in the process of receiving the certification ALSO A HEADS UP! I will be here all summer to help out and have all hours of the week/weekends available until August 24 when u return to college.
