About Tess

Hi! I'm a graduate student studying counseling with 15 years of experience working with kids of all ages and 2 years of experience working in ABA as a Registered Behavioral Therapist with children ages 2-16. With me, your children will receive sensitive, attentive care as we enjoy new experiences together with the goal of learning new skills. I work to be a supportive person for children to feel safe with in order to give them the confidence to complete age appropriate tasks independently. I have always loved working with children but I'm especially passionate about neurodivergent and developmentally delayed children being considered, accepted, and respected so that they can have access to the world in the ways neurotypical children do. I have a flexible schedule and am willing to take on extra tasks if needed. I am a reliable, warm and thoughtful caretaker who prioritizes good communication. In working with families over the years I aim to answer "How can I make your life easier?".
