About Tess

I like working with kids because they are playful, energetic, honest, and full of fun I'm looking to work with a family where I can develop a relationship with both the kids & the family as a whole I started working with kids when I was about 15 helping out in kids ministry at my church. During September of 2022, I began working as an After School Program Teacher. I worked for the entire school and I was mainly working with 4th-6th graders. However I spent of a lot of time with k-3rd graders as well. I loved every minute working with those kids. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family or with my friends. I also love reading, I almost always have a book with me. My skills include patient, understanding, outgoing and the ability to match children's energy.
