Hi, my name is Tess, I am 20 years old and live in Ankeny. I have multiple years of childcare experience, working with children of all ages and backgrounds. In addition to my childcare experience, I've also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Direct Care Professional, where I gained valuable insight into working with individuals who have mental and physical disabilities. These experiences have helped me develop a strong sense of empathy, patience, and understanding, which I bring into every caregiving role. I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, ensuring your child's safety and well-being is my top priority.
