About Tess

My name is Tess, and I bring over two decades of experience in education to my work as a caregiver. Since 2003, I have been dedicated to supporting children, beginning my career as an elementary school teacher in Brazil before focusing the past seven years on early childhood education. My goal is always to create a playful and safe environment where children feel inspired to explore, create their own adventures, and develop a genuine love for learning. When I am not working with children, I enjoy traveling, visiting museums, exploring national parks, and engaging in ocean-related activities. I also love reading and learning about different languages and cultures. I believe that every moment in a child's development counts, and I look forward to the possibility of supporting families and helping children grow and thrive.
