About Tess

Hi! I'm Tess, and I've been a professional nanny for five years. I have experience with all ages, multiples, infant twins, baby-led weaning, and infant trauma. I have higher education in child development and am pursuing a minor in child development. I strive to create deeply loving and trusting relationships with children. The first 10 years of life are crucial for long-term development, and my goal is to guide children towards healthy habits that will aid them into adulthood. I use my experience and education to help children build emotional agility, empathy, independence, and a variety of skills. Giving children fun and memorable experiences is important to me, and I work hard to provide an environment my nanny children will reminisce on. I have a 4. 0 GPA and am studying journalism with a minor in child development online through Colorado State University.
