Hi! I'm Tess, and I've been caring for kids for the past 10 years, from toddlers to teens. I've worked with little ones all the way to teenagers, bringing a calm and fun approach to each age group. For three years, I was also a camp counselor, where I took girls ages 11-15 on trips through the Boundary Waters-- guiding, teaching, and creating unforgettable memories together. My time working with kids over the years has inspired me to pursue a career in child psychology, so I'm planning to go back to school soon to specialize in adolescent mental health, either as a pediatric nurse or a licensed family therapist.
