About Tessa

Tessa cared for our son P. from age 2 to 5, and entrusting her with those early years was one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents. Those are such formative, tender seasons of childhood, and she handled them with so much love, intention, and joy. Tessa is truly exceptional. She is engaging, imaginative, and endlessly fun, while also being deeply responsible and trustworthy. She struck the perfect balance between play and structure, planning creative activities, encouraging independence, and nurturing his curiosity in ways that helped him grow with confidence. What sets Tessa apart is the genuine connection she builds. She did not just “watch” P., she invested in him. She understood his personality, supported him through milestones, and celebrated his little wins right alongside us. We always felt completely at ease knowing he was in her care. Even though her formal role with our family ended, she is still very much a part of our lives, which says everything. When someone becomes woven into your family long after the job is over, you know they are extraordinary. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Tessa. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
