Tessa has helped me personally for a long time. I had assistance from many CNAs when I lived alone in a house and none of them compared to Tessa. Tessa is very dependable, friendly, very intelligent and knowledgeable in her field. She is able to communicate with many different personalities. She keeps a watchful eye on her patients while encouraging them to learn they are still capable of doing many things themselves. This greatly enhanced my attitude and eventually I could do many things myself. Tessa NEVER just "goes through the motions " like other CNAs I hired. I would give Tessa 11 stars on this form.
