Hi, I'm Tessa! I'm available for part-time work in the mornings and early afternoons. I have 8+ years of experience caring for children of all ages and abilities. I've cared for an infant with Down syndrome, worked as a paraeducator in a special needs classroom, nannied a 6-year-old with behavioral needs, supported a child ages 7-12 for nearly five years, and now care for a 17-year-old nonverbal autistic teen. I'm comfortable supporting both neurodivergent and neurotypical kids, and I always aim to provide patient, loving, and attentive care. I love encouraging creativity through painting, crafts, chalk, music, imaginative play, and outdoor fun.
