About Tessa

Hi! I'm Tessa, a 22-year-old from Colorado with a passion for working with kids, animals, and agriculture. I'd describe myself as outgoing, driven, and loyal. I love working with kids because every day is something new. They have such a positive view of the world, and I think adults could learn a lot from that! I'm looking for a job that is engaging, fulfilling, and keeps me busy and excited. I started working with kids at 16 through babysitting and giving horseback riding lessons. At 19, I became a counselor at an agricultural kids camp, where I worked for two years, helping kids build confidence and grow into the cool little humans they are. Outside of work, I love playing polo, being outdoors, and soaking up the sunshine. I'm also learning to surf (not very good yet, but definitely enthusiastic!). I value routine and love creating structure while keeping life fun and full of good vibes. My strengths are patience, encouraging curiosity, and bringing positive energy to the day.
